About

Built from the other side of the load.

Boss Lane Dispatch didn't start because someone watched a video about trucking and decided dispatching sounded easy.

It came from years of working in an industry where trucking matters.

Founder Jessie Holland comes from the construction and sitework world, where trucks are part of everyday business.

Moving dirt.Hauling material.Moving equipment.Scheduling trucks.Dealing with jobsite deadlines.

And knowing exactly what happens when the trucks you were counting on don't show up.

Carriers

Carriers need good freight, better communication and opportunities that actually make sense for their businesses.

Contractors & customers

Contractors and customers need dependable trucking companies that answer the phone, communicate and show up ready to work.

Boss Lane was created to help bring those two sides together.

You didn't buy a truck to sit still.

Running a truck is already a full-time job. Finding freight shouldn't have to be another one.

Boss Lane works behind the scenes to search for opportunities, communicate with brokers and customers, negotiate rates, coordinate load details and help keep your schedule moving.

And we don't believe every load is a good load. A truck can be moving every day and still not be making money.

That's why we look at the whole load - rate, mileage, deadhead, destination, timing and what comes next.

Your truck. Your decision. Your business.

You always have final say over the freight you haul.

Need trucks?

Boss Lane isn't being built only for carriers. Our roots are in the construction industry, where we know firsthand how frustrating it can be when a project needs trucks and finding dependable capacity becomes another problem on the superintendent's or contractor's plate.

Whether you need trucks for dirt and aggregate, equipment moved, roll-off service or other transportation needs, Boss Lane is building a network designed to make finding the right transportation resources easier.

The Boss Lane difference

  1. 01

    We Learn Your Business.

Your equipment. Your preferred lanes. Your home time. Your deadhead tolerance. Your goals.

  2. 02

    We Look Beyond One Load.

Getting you somewhere is only half the job. What happens after delivery matters too.

  3. 03

    We Communicate.

You shouldn't have to wonder what's happening with a load.

  4. 04

    We Work for the Relationship.

Good carriers, good customers and good communication build long-term business.

  5. 05

    We Don't Run Your Truck.

You do. Boss Lane provides dispatch support, but the carrier retains control of its equipment and the freight it accepts.
